视障者普通话水平测试研究

Research on PUTONGHUA SHUIPING CESHI(PSC) for the Blind

当一些有特殊需要的人群要求测试普通话时，现有测试形式难以满足他们的愿望，视障者便是其中人数最多，需求最迫切的人群之一。本研究在遵循国家普通话测试大纲的基础上，结合视障者实际情况，编制适合盲人的盲文试卷和适合低视力者的大字试卷。通过对测试样本的分析研究，提出适应视障者普通话水平测试的相关规程、评分细则，进一步拓展与完善普通话水平测试的新领域。

When some people with special need, especially the blind or some with visual impairment, require testing PUTONGHUA, their demand can not be usually met under the present condition of test form. Based on the national assessment, test papers fitting the blind or the people with low vision in Blaire or big words are made according to the situation of those with visual impairment. By analyzing the test samples, some relative procedures, assessment rules of PSC for those with visual impairment are raised to reopen and better the field of PSC.
