摘要
台湾正在推行的《特殊教育新课纲》是对融合课程的一次实验。它以九年一贯的课程纲要取代各类障碍儿童教育的纲要,以普通教育课程作为特殊教育学生课程的重要基础,以特殊需求学生认知功能缺损程度作为弹性规划特殊教育阶段课程纲要的原则,重视个别化教育计划的功能。台湾《特殊教育新课纲》为大陆地区特殊教育的课程改革提供有益启示。
Curriculum outline provisions the basic requirements of all students need to learn, is an important basis for teaching plan and teaching evaluation. To promote the concept of integrated education in special education, curricular integration also be imperative. The Ministry of education in Taiwan is carrying out the new special education sysllabus is an experimental of inclusive courses, replace syllabus for all kinds of special needs children to curriculum of nine-years alignment syllabus, general education curriculum as the main considering course for special education students, degree of cognitive function as a principles for flexible planning special education syllabus, pay attention to the function of individualized education program. From analysis the charac- teristics of new special education curriculum in Taiwan in order to provide suggestions for special education curriculum reform.
