摘要
通过对江苏省内60所特殊教育学校学前教育情况进行问卷调查,发现大部分特殊教育学校的学前班都是近几年里创办的。在这些学前班任教的老师中,真正了解特殊儿童身心发展特点,懂得特殊儿童教育知识和技能的专业教师非常欠缺;大部分班级没有合适的教材,教学活动安排也不够科学合理。迫切需要通过制订相关政策、加强特殊儿童学前教育专业教师的培养和培训、加强特殊儿童学前教育研究等措施,扶持特殊儿童学前教育事业的发展。
According to questionnaires conducted in preschools from 60 special education schools in Jiangsu Province, it is said that the majority of special education schools set up preschools in recent years. As a result, among these preschools, there are shortages of professional teachers with knowledge and skills about special children. Furthermore, most schools do not have suitable teaching materials and many activities in classes are not organized appropriately. Because of the current situation, there are urgent needs to formulate the relevant policies on preschools in special education schools, strengthen the trainings of professional pre- school teachers, enhance the research of preschools about special children and so on, which supports the development of pre-edu cation on special children.
