An analysis of the characteristics of Health Legal System Construction in the Central Soviet Area

中央苏区时期,中国共产党和苏维埃政府为了保障医疗卫生事业的稳定发展,制定和颁布了一系列卫生法规条例,不仅为苏区医疗卫生管理体制的完善奠定了基础,而且对苏区医疗卫生事业的蓬勃发展起到了指导和保障作用。本文拟从阶级属性、立法理念、保障对象、实践基础等方面梳理和总结中央苏区卫生法制建设的特点,为日后研究我国当前卫生法制建设提供一定的理论基础。

During the period of the Central Soviet Area, the Chinese Communist Party and the Soviet Government of China formulated and issued a series of health regulations in order to enhance the stable development of medical and health work. The work in this period not only laid the foundation for perfecting the health management system, but also played a role in guidance and support for the development of the health work in the Soviet Area. This essay will focus on the characteristics of health legal system construction in the Central Soviet Area from the aspects of class attributes, legislative ideas, security objects and ractical basis.
