盲生自卑心理干预的个案研究

Case Study of Psychological Intervention for Blind Students' Inferiority Complex

自卑心理是一种消极的心态和不良的心理品质。盲生受视觉障碍、家庭和社会等诸多因素的影响,容易形成自卑心理。本研究针对一名盲生的自卑心理,分析诊断其原因,然后通过以支持性心理干预为主的综合性心理辅导对策进行心理干预,较为有效地减轻了该盲生的自卑心理,提高了其生活质量。

Inferiority complex is a kind of negative mentality and bad psychological quality. Blind students, affected by their visual disabilities, family and social factors, are apt to form inferiority mentality. This article focuses on the study of a blind student＇ s inferiority mentality, analyzing its causes, trying to solve this mental problem through supportive psychological intervention, so as to effectively reduce the blind student＇s inferiority mentality and improve the life quality.
