山东省自闭症儿童语言康复训练现状调查研究

An Investigation into the Present Situation of Language Rehabilitation and Training for Autistic Children in Shandong Province

为了解自闭症儿童语言康复训练状况,本研究采用问卷法,对山东省284名自闭症儿童语言康复训练教师进行了调查。结果表明:教师男女比例严重失调;年轻教师偏多,文化程度偏低;语言康复训练教师的专业素质低,培训机会少;专职的语言康复训练教师缺乏;康复机构教师的编制无法解决,职称认定难。此外,本文对改善山东省自闭症儿童语言康复训练状况及提高语言康复训练质量提出了建议。

In order to master the language rehabilitation training situation of autistic children, a survey of 284 autistic children＇ s language rehabilitation training teachers are carried out in Shandong province by using questionnaire method. The results show as following, the ratio of men to women teachers is seriously imbalanced, the number of young teachers covers more, degree of education is very low, professional quality of language rehabilitation trainers is not high, chance of being trained is lesser, full-time language rehabilitation training teachers are insufficient, staffing of rehabilitation teachers cannot be resolved, professional ranks recognition is difficult. Furthermore, this study puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the situation of autistic children＇ s language rehabilitation training and how to improve the quality of language training in Shandong province.
