广西特殊教育发展现状、问题及对策

The Current Situation,Problems and Strategies of Special Education in Guangxi

广西特殊教育经历快速发展期、平缓发展期和不断完善期后,近年在政策与法规、学校教育、特殊教育研究等方面等到了较大发展。同时,在发展过程中也存在着对特殊教育重视不够、投入不足、师资严重短缺,队伍整体素质不高等问题。本文就此提出建立健全管理机制,完善政策制度、规范管理、加强督导与评估等对策。

Special education in Guangxi experienced rapid development period, gentle development period and Continuous improvement period. Till now, it has developed a lot in policies and regulations, school education and special education research. Meanwhile, there also exist problems such as less attention to special education and investment, lack of teachers, low quality. So the management mechanism should be established, the policy system should be improved, the management should be standardized and supervision and assessment should be strengthened.
