摘要
没有爱就没有教育。爱心素养是胜任特殊教育工作的重要考量。本研究把准特殊教育师范院校的育人规律,通过教育内容与方式、教育资源、校园文化、活动与技能、实践育人、教育媒介、教育主体、教育团队的协同配合,从不同路径探索特殊教育师范生爱心教育的育人合力,提高其爱心素养的教育目标,提升其实践爱的能力。
No love, no education. The love quality of special-education teacher is important considerations qualified for special education work. This study holds the special law of the education of special colleges, by education contents and way, education resources, campus culture, activities and skills, practice education, education media and education subject, education team, from the dimension of different paths, and integrate love education of special education-related normal school students together, to improve the goals of education of love, and to enhance its ability to practice love.
