智力障碍中职毕业生的就业存在很多困难。通过分析一所特殊教育学校智力障碍中职毕业生的就业状况,发现他们就业易受工种特点限制,就业渠道较窄,更易被大公司接受,需依靠家庭资源。在此基础上建议构建以工作样本为核心的职业教育课程,加大力度提升教师队伍素质,成立专门的转衔小组做好就业跟踪服务,充分利用家庭资源,增强与企业合作。
