摘要
挪威手语译员的培养同我国一样也只有短短三年时间,但培养效果远非我们所能及,其对聋人教师的重视、创设无声的全手语课堂、注重学生理论素质的培养等是关键因素。挪威的手语资源中心通过实地教学和远程教学为聋生及其家长提供了专业的手语培训,从而确保了挪威手语的传承与发展。对手语语言学地位的充分认识和尊重是手语工作取得健康快速发展的关键因素。
The period of sign language interpreter education in Norway is only three years, but the training effect there is better than that of China, which due to employing the hearing-impaired teachers, building silent sign language classroom, and cultivating students' theoretical quality. The sign language resource center in Norway provides the hearing-impaired students and their parents with sign language training though on-the-spot teaching and distance teaching, which ensures the inheritance and development of sign language in Norweay. The full recognition and respect to the linguistic status of the sign language is the key factor for the healthy and rapid development of sign language.
