The period of sign language interpreter education in Norway is only three years, but the training effect there is better than that of China, which due to employing the hearing-impaired teachers, building silent sign language classroom, and cultivating students＇ theoretical quality. The sign language resource center in Norway provides the hearing-impaired students and their parents with sign language training though on-the-spot teaching and distance teaching, which ensures the inheritance and development of sign language in Norweay. The full recognition and respect to the linguistic status of the sign language is the key factor for the healthy and rapid development of sign language.
