中小投资者利益保护问题探讨

On the Protection of Medium and Small Investors' Interest

中小投资者占中国证券市场上投资者的绝大部分,但由于有关的法律制度不健全、监管部门监督不到位、一些中介机构、上市公司和大股东不讲诚信等多方面原因,中小投资者利益受到侵害的问题一直较为严重。本文分析了中小投资者利益受侵害的形式及其产生的原因,并针对性地提出了政策建议。

Medium and small investors account for most of China＇s securities market investors. But as a result of the imperfect legal system, poor regulatory supervision, and lack of good faith of some intermediary institutions, listed companies and large shareholders, the problem that medium and small investors interests are violated has been more serious. This paper analyzes the form and causes of the infringement of the medium and small investors＇ benefit, and puts forward the policy recommendations.
