摘要
目前研发经费已成为高校科技成果产出的重要影响因子。提升高校研发经费绩效是增强高校科技创新能力的重要途径之一。采用灰色关联分析模型对江苏高校科研经费与科研产出的关联度进行了测算。研究结果表明,企业委托经费和政府下拨经费与科研成果产出的关联度明显大于其他投入转入经费与科研成果的关联度。研究结论认为,高校应采取措施争取更多政府下拨经费和企业委托经费的投入,进而提高其科研成果的产出效率。
The RD funding has become one of the important factors of scientifical and technological achievements of universities.Improving the performance of R D funding of universities is one important way to enhance scientific and technological innovation of universities. Grey correlation analysis model for correlation of research funding universities and research of Jiangsu output was calculated.The results show that grey correlation degree between companies entrusted funds and research output correlation was significantly greater than that of other investment funds into the relevance and scientific research. This study concluded that universities should take effective measures to secure more government funding allocated funds and investment trust companies, and improve the efficiency of its output of scientific research.
