In the current economic environment, China＇s regional freight market is gradually being activated. That provides development opportunities for MA600 domestic feeder aircraft which takes regional freight as targeted market. In this paper, through analyzing the technical characteristics of this aircraft, thinking about the actual domestic routes operation environment, the operation costs of the routes from Nanjing to Zhengzhou and Wenzhou are chosen and calculated. Through the data, the commercial values of this product are shown. It has practice significance for cargo freight airlines using domestic cargo to develop regional freight market.
