开关磁阻电机的角度优化

摘要 开关磁阻电机低速运行时,采用电流斩波控制,以限制启动电流的幅值。高速运行时,通过角度控制调节其输出功率或者转速,即通过优化开通角、关断角使电机获得最大转矩电流比。本文提出了一种新的开通角优化方法,开通角的优化在传统公式法的基础上加了电流幅值闭环控制,关断角的优化则采用模糊控制,通过仿真证明该方法可以明显地改善电机的动态特性,间接地提高电机的效率。 When the switched reluctance motor runs at low speed, it adopts chopped current control to limit the starting current amplitude. When it runs at high speed, it regulates the output power or revolving speed by angle control, that is to make the motor get the max torque-current ratio by optimizing the opening angle and turn-off angle. This paper presents a new method to optimize the opening angle. Based on the traditional formula method, current amplitude closed-loop controlis adopted, and the optimization of turn-off angle adopts fuzzy control. Simulation shows that this method can improve the dynamic behavior of the motor obviously and enhance the efficiency of the motor indirectly.
