外国地震中应急响应技术研究

Study on Technologies for Emergency Response Abroad

应急响应技术常用于地震应急救援和降低地震破坏程度。文章以近年来国外发生的几起重大地震为例,分析了应急响应技术在地震发生后的运用情况,综合研究了各应急响应技术在国外地震中发挥的作用与存在的不足,为我国应急响应技术的研究发展提供借鉴。

Technologies for emergency response are usually used for earthquake emergency rescue and they can low down the damage degree of earthquakes. This article takes several earthquake events happened abroad for example to study the applying condition of emergency response technologies after earthquakes. At the same time, the role they played and weak point of technologies for emergency response used abroad are analyzed synthetically. So it is used for reference when it comes to the study of our own technologies for emergency response.
