摘要
植物基因组DNA提取是农业院校为本科生开设的分子生物学实验中最基础的一个实验。该实验存在操作步骤繁杂,耗时长,液氮容易引起冻伤等问题,改进后,简化了实验步骤,节约了时间,避免了因学生操作不当引起的液氮冻伤。并指出实验中应注意的问题,以确保实验安全、顺利的进行。
Plant genomic DNA extraction is the most basic molecular biology experiment for undergraduate students in agricultural colleges, but this experiment has some questions such as complicated procedures, time-consuming and frostbite resulting from liquid nitrogen caused by the improper operation of students, which can be avoided after improvements in order to ensure the security and the smooth going in the experiment.
