大学科技园区与区域电子商务发展的作用机制分析——以徐州电子商务城建设为例

Analysis of the Mechanism of Action on the Science and Technology Park of University and the Regional Electronic Commerce Development:Taking the Development of Xuzhou Electronic Commerce City for Example

徐州工业职业技术学院大学科技园是徐州区域经济创新体系的一个部分,也是徐州区域经济创新发展中的重要组成部分,本文以徐州电子商务城的发展为例、在分析徐州工业职业技术学院大学科技园发展电子商务企业方面所做的一系列成果的基础上,阐明了大学科技园与地方经济发展的理论依据与作用机制,为把徐州地区率先建成电子商务城提供决策依据。

The Science and Technology Park in Xuzhou College of Industrial Technology is not only a part of Xuzhou regional economic innovation system, but also an important part of Xuzhou regional economic innovation development. This paper is built upon taking the development of electronic commerce in Xuzhou for example and analyzing a series of achievements in the electronic commerce done by the Science and Technology Park in Xuzhou College of Industrial Technology, and clarifies the theoretical basis and mechanism of action in order to provide decisions for making Xuzhou become the first electronic commerce city.
