民办高职院校教学质量的现状与提高对策

民办高职院校为社会各行各业输送了大批高技能型人才和劳动者,然而由于受各种因素的制约,民办高职的教学质量发展还存在诸多问题。本文为了提高教学质量,从生源现状、师资力量、人才培养、教学管理、教学评价五个方面进行剖析并给出相应的解决对策。

Private Higher Vocational Colleges transport a large number of high skilled personnel and workers to the society. However, There are still many problems in the development of the teaching quality of the private higher vocational colleges because of various factors. In order to improve teaching quality, analysis from five aspects： the status quo of students, teachers, personnel training, teaching management, teaching evaluation.
