基于计算机仿真的磨削过程中Cr18Mn18N奥氏体不锈钢材料的温度场与热应力耦合问题研究

摘要 以Cr18Mn18N奥氏体不锈钢为研究对象,采用计算机仿真热源对试样进行磨削实验,分析不同热源作用下的Cr18Mn18N奥氏体不锈钢在平面磨削加工过程中的温度场分布以及热应力状况。最后得到结论,采用三角形热源作用更符合实际应用的加工情况,计算机仿真热源进行Cr18Mn18N奥氏体不锈钢的磨削实验的可靠性。 In this paper, Cr18Mn18N austenitic stainless steel is taken as the study object, using computer simulation experiments grinding heat to analyzed Cr18Mn18N austenitic stainless steel under different heat sources in surface grinding process temperature distribution and thermal stress conditions. Finally it is concluded that the role of triangular heat processing conditions are more in line with the practical application of computer simulation source reliability Cr18Mn18N austenitic stainless steel grinding experiments.
