基于课程(群)高职院校教学团队建设机制的研究

Research on Construction Mechanism of Teaching Team Based on Course(Group) in High Vocational colleges

高职院校教学团队的建设对促进师资队伍教学能力和人才培养质量的提高具有重要的有意义,本文在分析专业教学团队和课程(群)教学团队区别的基础上,阐述了课程(群)教学团队的建设目标和内容,重点介绍了基于课程(群)教学团队的遴选、管理、考核评价、保障等机制,为教学团队建设的管理提供指导意义。

The construction of teaching team has very important meaning to promote the improvement of teaching ability and student-training quality in high vocation education colleges. This paper describes the construction object and content of teaching team based on analyzing the difference between the profession teaching team and the course （group） teaching team, then emphasizes the methods of selection, management, evaluation and ensuring mechanism etc. of teaching team base on course （group）. It provides guidance meaning for the construction and management of teaching team.
