唐山装备制造业转型升级背景下的机械类专业中高职衔接研究

Research on the Connection of Secondary and Higher Vocational Education in the Background of the Transformation and Upgrading of the Equipment Manufacturing Industry in Tangshan

随着唐山装备制造业不断转型升级,企业对机械技能人才需求层次也不断提高。通过实施机械专业中高职衔接教育,提高人才培养质量。本文主要剖析了唐山地区机械专业中高等职业教育在培养目标、课程体系、教材、教学和评价模式等方面衔接存在的问题,提出解决的基本思路并应用于实践。

With the continuous transformation and upgrading of the equipment manufacturing industry in Tangshan, the level of demand for machinery and technical personnel is also increasing. With the implementation of mechanical specialty in secondary and higher vocational education to improve the quality of talent cultivation. This paper mainly analyzes the problems existing in the aspects of training objectives, curriculum system, teaching material, teaching and evaluation mode of secondary and higher vocational education in Tangshan area, and puts forward the basic idea that should be used in practice.
