Build Innovation Chain of Yangtze River Economic Belt to Promote Transformation and Upgrading of Regional Economy

在长江经济带建设中促进科技与经济深度融合,以创新驱动区域经济加快转型升级,需要完成要素和体制机制的双重转换,纠正当前创新政策的一些误区,以企业为主导,破解科技成果转化瓶颈,实现多元化创新资金投入,强化综合交通运输支撑体系,构建长江流域东中西互动合作的协调发展经济带。

To promote the integration of science, technology, and economy, and to accelerate the transforma- tion and upgrading of regional economy in the Yangtze River Economic Zone, we need to complete the transforma- tion of elements and institutional mechanisms, to correct some of the mistakes of the current innovation policy, to take the enterprise as the leading role, to crack the bottleneck of scientific and technological achievements, to a- chieve a diversified investment in innovation and, to strengthen the coordination of integrated transport support sys- tem to build a coordinated economic development of the Yangtze River.
