论以实现生态文明为目标的新型城镇化模式

On the New-Type Urbanization Mode of Realizing the Goal of Ecological Civilization

城镇化是国家现代化的重要标志,生态文明是人类保护和建设美好生态环境的内在要求,更是人类文明的高级形态,推进城镇化的过程应当以实现生态文明为最终目标。该文首先结合词源与国内外相关研究归纳了生态文明和新城镇化的概念,并在此基础上提出了生态文明的一个新的定义,进而讨论了生态文明与城镇化之间的关系。最后,作者从人口—土地城镇化、经济城镇化和社会城镇化三个方面讨论了以实现生态文明为目标的新型城镇化模式的具体内容,试图提出一个以实现生态文明为目标的新型城镇化模式。

Urbanization is an important symbol of national modernization. As ecological civilization is not only the inherent requirement of human protection and construction of ecological environment,but also the advanced form of human civilization,the process of promoting urbanization should achieve the end goal of ecological civilization. This paper tries to propose a new mode of urbanization in order to achieve the goal of ecological civilization.Firstly,this paper summarizes the concept of ecological civilization and new urbanization based on the research of the origin and the domestic and foreign,and puts forward a new definition of ecological civilization,and then discusses the relationship between ecological civilization and urbanization. Finally,the author discusses the specific content of the new urbanization mode from three perspectives of population and land urbanization,economic urbanization and social urbanization.
