企业财务转型与高校财会教育改革研究

Transition of Enterprise Finance and Reform of Accounting Education in Universities in China

企业财务转型对财务人才的胜任能力提出了新的要求,高端、复合型财务人才成为需求重点。高校作为财务人才的主要培养者,应该适应企业财务转型带来的人才需求变化,对财会教育做出相应调整。拟从教育理念的转变、课程设置、教学手段以及师资水平的提升方面探讨高校财会教育如何进行改革,以适应企业财务转型对财务人才的需求。

Corporate financial transformation has challenged the professional capacity of financial staff, and the inter-discipli-nary financial staffs has been attracted much more attention .As the main trainer of financial talents, universities should adapt to the changes of financial talents demand and make corresponding adjustment to the changes .This paper raises some suggestions for universities how to accommodate challenges, including the educational ideas, the changes of curriculum and teaching means.
