Psychological Problems of College Students From the Perspective of Psychological and Social Ability

大学生心理健康教育已经成为大学教育的一部分,心理健康的程度成为衡量大学生质量的重要指标之一。研究主要从心理社会能力角度去分析大学生出现心理问题的原因,据此构建大学生常见心理问题的解决模型。

Mental health education of college students has become one part of college education, and the degree of mental health is one of the important indicators to measure the quality of college students.From the perspective of the psychological and so-cial ability, this paper analyzed the reasons of college students＇psychological problems and approach to solve psychological problem of college students.
