Reasons and Countermeasures of Citizen's Moral Indifference

简述学界对道德冷漠的内涵界定,总结出当前社会道德冷漠的主要表现为道德敏感的降低及道德判断能力的匮乏、道德责任感的减弱及道德信任的丧失、道德信念的淡化及道德实践的不作为。通过阐释道德冷漠的危害,在分析其成因的基础上,为如何消除道德冷漠提出有效的矫治对策。

The paper analyzed the problems of the current social moral indifference, which is referred to as a reduction of moral sensitivity and the deprivation of moral judgment ,and the weakening of moral responsibility and loss of trust, desalination of moral convictions and ethical omissions.With the analysis of its causes of those problems, the paper proposed some solutions to response to the moral indifference.
