Problems and Solutions to the Trade Between Russia and Heilongjiang Province

黑龙江省是全国对俄贸易的第一大省,在对俄贸易中具有举足轻重的地位。大力发展黑龙江对俄贸易,不仅有利于黑龙江省及沿边地区的经济发展,而且也有利于产业结构的调整升级。试通过对黑龙江与俄经贸合作现状的阐述,发现黑龙江对俄贸易存在的问题,并进一步探讨解决这些问题的对策和措施。

Heilongjiang has been playing very important role in the trade between China and Russia.The trade between Hei-longjiang and Russia has contributed not only the economic development of Heilongjiang and its border regions , but it promoted the adjustment of the industrial structure of Heilongjiang region .By analyzing the present condition of economic and trade cooperation between Heilongjiang province and Russia, the paper focuses on the problems existing in the trade between Heilongjiang and Russia , and proposed some suggestions to solve those problems.
