Fragmented Snow White: Hidden Purpose behind Collage Technique

拟从"碎片"和"拼贴"二者的关系出发,分别从文本形式、文本内容、作为文学存在的文本及文本媒体等多个维度介绍了唐纳德·巴塞尔姆的后现代作品《白雪公主》的碎片性特征,并相应地分析了作者采用拼贴技巧创造碎片性文本的真实目的,最终得出作者借此批判社会现实和进行文学反思的结论。

Starting from the relationship between“fragment” and“collage”, the author introduces the fragmentary features in Donald Barthelme’ s postmodern writing Snow White from the perspective of text form, text content, text as literature itself and text medium.Furthermore, the purposes of creating these fragments by the writer’ s collage technique are analyzed respectively.Final-ly, the writer’ s intention of criticizing the social reality and reflecting on literature through the collage technique producing frag-ments is concluded.
