动态心电图与常规心电图诊断冠心病的临床对比探析

Clinical comparative analysis of dynamic electrocardiogram and conventional electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease

目的 :探讨和比较动态心电图和常规心电图对冠心病的临床诊断情况。方法 :随机选择138例冠心病患者,回顾性分析他们的心电图检查资料情况。结果:138例患者采用动态心电图检查,其在冠心病以及心肌缺血方面的检出符合率(84.06%,87.68%)均明显高于常规心电图(57.97%,66.67%),组间比较均存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:比较常规心电图,动态心电图的冠心病检出率更高,能够准确地反映出现患者冠心病的具体情况和类型,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective： To explore and compare the clinical diagnosis of coronary heart disease by dynamic electrocardiogram and routine electrocardiogram. Methods： Randomly selected 138 patients with coronary heart disease, retrospectively analyzed their ECG data. Results： 138 cases were performed by dynamic electrocardiogram （ECG） in which the coincidence rate （84.06%, 87.68%） of coronary heart disease and myocardial ischemia was significantly higher than that of conventional ECG （57.97%, 66.67%）, and there was significant differences between groups （P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion： Compared with the conventional ECG, the detection rate of coronary heart disease by dynamic electrocardiogram is higher, which can accurately reflects the specific circumstances and types of patients with coronary heart disease, and has a high clinical application value.
