Agricultural Industry Cluster Development Countermeasure in the Perspective of New Urbanization

农业产业集群是新型城镇化的重要推力。但我国农业产业集群的发展面临着集群内部结构松散、集群之间也结构松散的问题,破题的关键在于大力发展农业产业集群,通过延长农业产业链、整合零星分布的农业产业集群、强化集群内部主体之间的联系以及健全支持性作业体系等措施,壮大农业产业集群进而加速城镇的财富积累、要素集聚及社会网络的扩散,利用规模经济和扩散效应推动新型城镇化工作驶入快车道。

The agricultural industrial cluster is the important thrust of new urbanization. In order to solve the problems of internal and external loose structure, the key is to develop the agricultural industry cluster. The government should extend the agriculture industry chain, integrate scattered agricultural industry cluster, strengthen the connection and improve the supporting operation system, so as to accelerate the wealth accumulation, element agglomeration and the spread of social network, and promote the new urbanization quickly by means of economies of scale and diffusion effects.
