中小型企业物流经管模式的创新探究

当前,我国中小型企业物流经管模式主要有分立型企业物流经管模式、传统的外协经管模式和部分业务外包模式。中小型企业应通过将内部业务流程进行再创造以及全面整合内部组织结构等方式创新物流经管模式。中小型企业创新模式选择,需要对传统模式存在的弊端进行全面的分析与思考,借鉴国外成熟的经管模式。适合我国中小型企业发展的物流经管理念与管理模式:在传统经管模式的基础上,有效节省企业的业务运输成本;采取高效精准的物流经管模式;物流服务导向的运作经管模式。

The logistics management mode of SMEs in China has three main patterns, including separation, traditional outsourcing and part outsourcing. SMEs should innovate management model by means of recreating the internal business processes and internal organization structure integration comprehensively. SMEs should analyze the disadvantages of the traditional mode comprehensively in the selection of innovation mode, draw lessons from advanced foreign management model and put forward the suitable logistics management concept and management mode. SMEs should save transportation cost on the basis of the traditional management mode and adopt an efficient and accurate mode and logistics service-oriented operation mode.
