近年来,随着酒店行业发展的蓬勃壮大,蕴藏在行业内部的酒店基层从业人员短缺严重、流动频繁,职业倦态,素质偏低也引起了社会的关注。其原因在于社会缺乏对服务工作的尊重,求职者坚持传统的就业观念,酒店管理机制不健全。为解决酒店服务人员从业现状酒店应加强宣传,树立服务人员的自信,完善酒店管理机制,服务人员应树立正确的就业观念,认真做好本职工作,以此促进酒店经济更好的发展。

In recent years, with the rapid growth of the hotel industry, issues regarding service staff such as insufficient workforce, frequent personnel flow, occupational fatigue and poor professional quality attract concerns inside the industry. The issues are caused as serving jobs are not high in the social scale, job seekers usually hold traditional employment ideas, and the management mechanism of most hotels is unsound. To improve the situation, hotels need to enhance publicity, help service staff build confidence and improve hotel management system. Service staff should shape correct value of taking a job and do the job in serious manners.
