提高旅游管理专业学生实践能力是旅游管理专业办学质量提升的根本。目前,中国旅游管理专业学生实践能力培养方面主要存在双师型教师紧缺、课程体系不科学、实践学习结构不合理等问题。提升旅游管理专业学生实践能力培养质量的保障措施主要有强化双师型教师培养,优化课程体系,建立立体化的实践教学体系,完善监控体系,完善实践教学考核制度等。

Improving practical ability of tourism management is the basis of school quality improvement. The problems are shortage of double-qualified teachers, unscientific curriculum system and unreasonable structure of practice learning. In order to improve the quality of practical ability training,the school should strengthen double-qualified teachers＆#39; training, optimize the curriculum system, establish the three-dimensional practical teachingsystem, and perfect the monitoring system and evaluationsystem.
