摘要
地理信息系统(GIS)和分布式水文模型在解决流域水资源和水环境的问题中发挥着重要作用,将两者耦合,特别是Web GIS和分布式的水文模型的耦合,已成为流域水环境管理系统的发展新趋势。为此,提出通过无缝集成SWAT分布式水文模型和开源的Web GIS-Geoserver构建流域水环境管理系统的方案,并以九龙江流域为试验流域,实现了点源污染排放的水环境模拟、非点源污染管理措施的环境效应评估及水环境信息的网上发布。该系统原型的成功开发和应用,为今后开发完整功能的流域水环境管理系统奠定了坚实基础。
GIS and distributed hydrological model(DHM)play important roles in solving basin-scale environmental and water resources problems.It is a new trend to construct management systems of environmental and water resources(MSOEAW)by coupling GIS(especially,Web GIS)and DHM.Therefore,we outlined a schema of MSOEAW by seamlessly integrating an open source Web GIS(Geoserver)tool and DHM(Soil and Water Assessment Tool,SWAT).And then we developed and tested the prototype of MSOEAW,which focus on reproducing the processes of point source discharge and evaluating the environmental effects of non-point source conservation management practice,with the data set of Jiulongjiang watershed.The successful implementation and application of this prototype lays a good foundation for developing complete feature tool for the management of basin-scale environmental and water resources in the future.
