摘要
本文结合云计算技术发展,探讨了云GIS的概念内涵和技术框架,概括和总结了国内外云GIS的技术发展概况及面临的问题,分析了我国GIS发展在海量空间数据管理、高性能地学计算、地学可视化表达、空间信息服务平台建设等几个方面的基础与优势,同时也进一步分析了我国云GIS发展在大众化程度、云计算基础设施服务平台建设、云GIS公用服务模式以及数据源获取与成本等几个方面面临的问题与挑战。最后,本文分析指出为顺应"云计算"、"物联网"等新兴技术发展,满足GIS的广泛深入应用,今后云GIS发展将在地理数据管理方面、地理计算方面、地理信息表达与终端服务方面、GIS专题应用系统构建方面、GIS网络应用与服务模式方面需要面对的变革及需要解决的问题。
Based on the development of cloud computing, this paper analyzed the concept and technical framework of Cloud GIS, discussed the situation and problems of Cloud GIS development inland and abroad. Furthermore, this paper analyzed some advantages and basic work in large-volume spatial data management, high-performance geo-computing, geovisualization, geo-spatial information service platform construction in GIS development in China. Also, this paper discussed the challenges and difficulties in GIS popularization, cloud-computing infrastructure, Cloud GIS public service pattern and geodata capture and costs in Cloud GIS development of China. Finally, this paper concluded that Cloud GIS development will face the challenges and changes in geo-spatial data management, geo-computing, geo-information representation and terminal service, GIS thematic application system construction, GIS network application and service pattern in the future. These changes and challenges are the results of new technique development such as Cloud Computing, internet of things(IOT), conforming to the comprehensive and in-depth requirements of government, enterprise, society for GIS.
