摘要
经过多年的发展,山西省节能环保产业形成了自己的特点和发展基础,一部分节能环保领域的技术、产品、设备达到了国内先进水平,但是,与全国和其他较发达地区相比还有较大差距。从强化政策支持、推进技术创新、培育规范市场、加强监督管理等方面提出了保障措施和建议。
After many years of development, the energy conservation and environmental protection industry in Shanxi province has formed its own characteristics and development foundation, and a part of the technology, prod- ucts and equipment in the field of energy saving and environmental protection has reached the domestic advanced level. However, there is a big gap compared with the whole country and other developed regions. Safeguard meas- ures and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of strengthening policy support, promoting technological inno- vation, nurturing the market, strengthening the supervision and management.
