作为中职生,思想在逐步成熟中,对社会的认略显且片面,客户服务作为一项密切接触社会的岗位,需要培养学生成长为具有业务知识、沟通技巧、有爱心耐心的客服人员,文章探讨了该门课的教学方法。
As the secondary vocational school students, the social cognition is slightly one-sided, customer service as a close contact with the post,need to cultivate students to have business knowledge,communication skills,patience and love of customer service personnel, this paper discusses the teaching method of this course.
