摘要
中等专业学校组建教学团队有利于优秀人才的培育,有利于提高学校的教育教学质量,有利于提高学校服务社会的能力。但是,教学团队在经过一定的发展以后会停滞不前,进入"高原期"。文章结合江苏省溧水中等专业学校建设教学团队的经验阐述了如何通过任务驱动帮助教学团队走出"高原期",让其早日走上持续发展的道路。
The construction of the secondary specialized school teaching teams is helpful to the cultivation of excellent talents, the improvement of teaching quality and the schools serving ability for society. However, the steps of teaching teams has begun to pause after certain development,which is called plateau period. Basing on the experience of teaching teams of Jiangsu Lishui Secondary Specialized School,the essay explains how to break through the plateau period by task motivation,and then help teams to develop sustainably.
