摘要
村民学校作为四级社区教育网络的重要组成部分,是实施普及农村社区教育的基层前沿阵地。在对石桥村村民学校建设状况进行充分调研、认真总结、仔细分析的基础上,发现部分学校存在目标定位不清晰、重点把握不准确、教育缺乏系统性等问题。文章针对问题,结合新农村背景下村民的新需求,提出改进石桥村民学校建设的策略:即强化系统性、讲求实效性、突出特色性、注重传承性。
The villagers school as a level 4 is an important part of the community education network and the implementation of grassroots forefront of rural community education as well.Based on the Shiqiao village school construction status research, summing up experience and achievements, some schools exist positioning is not clear ,the key is not to grasp ,education lack of systemic problems. In view of the problems ,combining with the new demand under the background of new rural villagers,we are now putting forward strategies for the improvement of ShiQiao village school construction,namely to strengthen the systemic,effectiveness,highlight the attraction, pay attention to the inheritance.
