Progress in determination study of stress in Li-ion battery electrode

摘要 对锂离子电池电极应力的测量方法进行综述,重点是电极应力的定量测量方法:激光束偏转法(LBDM)、多光束光学传感器系统(MOS)和微区拉曼成像。介绍了钴酸锂、锰酸锂、钛酸锂、石墨、硅和锡等材料的应力测量研究结果,提出了一些有待研究的问题。 Determining methods for stress in the electrodes were presented, especially those quantitative ones : laser beam deflection method( LBDM), multi-beam optical sensor technique (MOS) and micro-Raman mapping technique. Using those methods, results concerning lithium cobalt oxides, lithium manganese oxides, lithium titanate, graphite, silicon, tin and a variety of materials were obtained. Some problems to be further studied were also put forward.
