摘要
文章对工程咨询服务产品创新战略进行分析。据此,提出全过程工程咨询服务这项产品,并在分析的基础上得出服务产品的咨询流程及支撑机制,最后提出了江苏工程造价咨询业的发展战略。
This paper analyzed the engineering consultancy service innovation strategy. On this basis,put forward the whole process of value engineering consulting services and project management consulting service products,and put forward the engineering cost consulting industry development strategy of Jiangsu.
