摘要
目的观察泽兰醇提物对实验性心肌缺血大鼠的保护作用。方法给大鼠灌服泽兰醇提物7天后,结扎冠状动脉左前降支(LAD),造成大鼠心肌缺血性损伤(AMI)模型。术后给药三天,观察心电图(EKG)、心肌梗死面积(MIS)和血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸磷酸激酶(CK)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)的变化。结果泽兰醇提物能改善AMI大鼠的EKG(P﹤0.01);泽兰醇提物800 mg·kg-1、400 mg·kg-1可缩小AMI大鼠梗塞面积,减少血清LDH漏出量,增强血清SOD活力,减少MDA生成(P﹤0.01,P﹤0.05);泽兰醇提物400 mg·kg-1能降低血清CK漏出量(P﹤0.05)。结论泽兰醇提物对心肌缺血性损伤有一定的保护作用。
Objective: To study the proctective effects of alcohol extraction of eupatorium on experimental myocardial is-chemia in rats. Methods: An animal model of acute myocardial ischemia injury (AMI) was constructed by ligating the leftanterior descending coronary artery(LAD) after alcohol extraction of eupatorium was given to the rats for 7 days. Three dayslater, the changes of Eleetrokardiogram ( EKG ), myocardial infarction size (MIS) and lactic dehydrogenase ( LDH ), creatinephosphokinase (CK) , superoxide dismutase (SOD) , malondialdehyde (MDA) in serum of rats were measured Results : Al-cohol extraction of eupatorium could improve the EKG( P 〈 0. 01 ) ;alcohol extraction of eupatorium (800 mg· kg-1,400mg· kg - t ) could minimise the MIS , reduce the leakage of LDH, increase the activity of SOD and decrease the production ofMDA(P 〈 0. 01 ,P 〈 0. 05) ;400 mg · kg-l alcohol extraction of eupatorium could reduce the leakage of CK(P 〈 0. 05) Conclusion: Alcohol extraction of eupatorium possesses a proctective effect against myocardial ischemia injury.
