摘要
目的调查护士职业延迟满足及创新行为现状,探讨职业延迟满足对创新行为的影响,为提高护士创新行为的干预措施提供参考依据。方法选取注册护士463名,采用一般资料问卷、职业延迟满足量表和创新行为量表进行调查。结果护士职业延迟满足、创新行为总分分别为(24.83±2.64)分、(4.17±1.09)分,处于中等水平;分层回归结果显示,工作年限、工作延迟满足和职业生涯延迟满足2个维度是护士创新行为的重要影响因素(P<0.01)。结论护理管理者应重视护士职业延迟满足,采取相应措施促进护士创新行为的发展,以提升护理质量。
Objective To investigate the status of nurses'vocational delay of gratification and innovative behaviors, analyze the impact of nurses'vocational de- lay of gratification on innovative behaviors, and to provide reference for improving the innovative behaviors. Methods A total of 463 nurses were surveyed by general information questionnaire, gratification vocational delay scale and innovative behavior scale. Results The mean scores of nurses'gratification vocational delay and in- novalive behaviors were ( 24.83 ± 2.64 ) and (4. 17 ± 1.09 ), both of which were in moderate level. Hierarchical multiple regression showed that working year, work delay of gratification and career delay of gratification were influencing factors of nurses'innovative behaviors ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Nursing managers should pay attention to nurses'vocational delay of gratification,take measures to improve their innovative behaviors , thus to improve the quality of nursing care.
