手术室护理人员科研能力及其影响因素分析

The level and influncing factors of scientific research capacity of nursing staffs in operating rooms

目的了解手术室护理人员的科研能力及其影响因素,为提高手术室护理人员科研能力提供参考。方法采用一般资料调查表、科研能力自评量表和科研相关行为问卷对205名手术室护理人员进行调查。结果手术室护理人员科研能力总分为(52.97±23.06)分,得分指标值为(44.14±19.22)%,低于山西省护理人员的科研能力总分(P<0.01);查阅护理文献的频率、参加学术交流会频率、参加科研培训课程频率、性别是护理人员科研能力的影响因素。结论护理管理者要根据护理科研能力的影响因素有针对性地采取措施,搭建相关平台,推动手术室护理科研的发展。

Objective To investigate the current status and influencing factors of scientific research capacity of nursing staff in operating rooms. Methods Totally 205 operating room nurses were investigate with a questionnaire of general information and scientific research capacity self - assessment, questionnaire. Results The mean score of nursing research capacity was （52.97 ± 23.06 ）, which was lower than the national norm. Muhivariple linear regression analysis re- vealed that frequencies of review of literatures, academic exchanges, scientific research training and gender were the influencing factors of scientific research ca- pacity. Conclusion Influencing factors would be taken into consideration when measures are taken to improve scientific research capacity of nursing staffs in op- erating rooms.
