护理安全管理信息系统的应用与效果

Application and effectiveness of nursing safety management information system

目的探讨护理安全管理信息系统的应用与效果。方法护理安全管理信息系统包括跌倒/坠床、压疮、管路滑脱3种高危患者安全评估与执行模块、护理安全监控模块。由责任护士或值班护士在患者入院时评估,护士长对责任护士或值班护士的首次评估进行评价。责任护士或值班护士对患者进行动态评估并向患者及家属进行风险告知及签字。结果高危患者发生护理安全事件明显减少,护理管理安全事件管理效率提高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论应用护理安全管理信息系统可有效提高护理安全监控质量和效率,降低护理安全事件的发生率,值得推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of nursing management information system. Method Nursing Safety Management lnfornia- tion System included three high - risk patients pipeline safety evaluation, execution and monitoring modules of falls / falling out of bed, pressure sores and slip- ping. The responsible nurse or nurse on duty assessed the patient at the time of admission, and the head nurse evaluated the assessment by the responsible of nur- ses or nurse on duty. Responsible nurse or nurse on duty dynamieally assessed patients, informed patients and their families of the risk and asked them to sign for confirmation. Result The ineidenee of nursing adverse events of patients at high risk decreased,nursing management security event management efficiency inc- rensed （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Application of nursing safety management information system can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of nursing care and safety monitoring, reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events.
