宫颈癌腔镜治疗后患者家庭干预的效果观察

Effects of family intervention for patients with cervical cancer after endoscopic treatment

目的探讨宫颈癌腔镜治疗后患者家庭干预对于预后的影响。方法将宫颈癌腔镜治疗后患者分为干预组和对照组各90例,对照组给予常规护理干预,干预组在此基础上给予积极的家庭干预,持续3个月。结果治疗组患者的焦虑与抑郁评分低于对照组;积极应对评分和生活质量及性生活质量评分均提高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌腔镜治疗后患者家庭干预模式能缓解焦虑抑郁情况,促进积极应对方式的应用,从而提高预后性生活质量与整体生活质量,值得推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the effects of family intervention model for patient with cervical cancer after endoscopic treatment. Methods Totally, 180 early cervical cancer patients were equally divided into the treatment group （n = 90 ） and the control group（ n = 90 ） . The control group received routine care, and the treatment group were received family intervention model. Results The anxiety and depression scores of the treatment group after the intervention were significantly lower than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. After the intervention, the scorse of positive coping style and quality of life, sexual function of the treatment group were significantly higher, than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） Conclusions Family intervention model for patients with cervical cancer after endoscopic treatment can alleviate anxiety and depression, promote positive coping style, thereby improve the quality of sex life and prognosis of over- all quality of life.
