英国、加拿大、新加坡体育教师培养模式对我国体育免费师范生培养模式的启示 被引量:11

摘要 采用文献资料法,从培养目标、课程设置、培养方式3方面对英国、加拿大、新加坡3国中小学体育教师培养模式进行分析总结。基于我国当前的免费师范生政策,结合英加新3国中小学体育教师培养模式在培养目标、课程设置、培养方式上与我国的异同,在可借鉴相关培养中小学体育教师成功经验的基础上,提出:我国体育免费师范生培养模式在构建时应注重以需要"培养什么样的体育人才"为主导,注意培养目标的重新定位、细化;"对号入座"完善体育专业免费师范生培养的课程设置,推进小学与大学、中学与大学的有机衔接;落实"怎样培养体育教育人才",建立体育免费师范生教育合作专线。旨在为我国体育免费师范生培养模式的构建提供参考与借鉴。 This paper analyzed training mode of primary school and middle school physical education teacher inBritain, Canada, and Singapore from training target, curriculum design, and training method aspects by the meth-od of literature review. Based on China free education for undergraduates in normal universities policy and com-bined with the differences between the above three nations and China, we put forward some successful experiencesfor cultivating primary school and middle school physical education teacher. The success experiences are as fol-lows: pay attention to "cultivate what kind of sports talents" when we construct the free normal student mode, andre-orientate and refine the training target; improve curriculum design, promote connect between primary schooland college, middle school and college; implement "how to train talent of physical education" and establish freephysical education student education cooperation line. This study provided a reference to construct China free edu-cation for undergraduates in normal universities training mode.
