局部注射聚桂醇治疗婴幼儿颌面部血管瘤临床疗效分析

Clinical Analysis of Therapeutic Effects of Lauromacrogol Injected Locally for Infant Oral and Maxillofacial Hemangioma

目的:探讨聚桂醇局部注射治疗婴幼儿颌面部血管瘤的效果。方法:将100例颌面部血管瘤患儿随机分为鱼肝油酸钠加地塞米松组(A组,n=25)、平阳霉素加地塞米松组(B组,n=25)、聚桂醇组(C组,n=25)和聚桂醇加地塞米松组(D组,n=25),比较各组疗效及不良反应。结果:随访时间2-13个月,A组治愈10例、显效12例、有效1例,2例未能坚持治疗;B组治愈11例、显效10例、有效1例,3例未能坚持治疗;C组治愈18例、显效3例、有效3例,1例未能坚持治疗;D组治愈19例、显效3例、有效2例,1例未能坚持治疗。C、D组的治愈率明显高于A、B组(P<0.05),且C、D组硬化注射后腹部不适和低热的不良反应明显少于A、B组(P<0.05)。结论 :以聚桂醇为主的硬化剂局部注射治疗婴幼儿颌面部血管瘤的疗效好,副作用少。

Objective：To explore the effects of lauromacrogol injected locally for infant oral and maxillofacial hemangioma. Methods：100 infants with oral and maxillofacial hemangioma were randomly divided into sodium morrhuate combined with dexamethasone group （group A,n=25）, pingyangmycin combined with dexamethasone group （group B,n=25）, lauromacrogol group （group C,n=25）, and lauromacrogol combined with dexamethasone （group D, n=25）. The clinical effects and adverse reactions were compared among the four groups. Results：In group A,10 cases were cured,12 cases markedly effective,1 case effective and 2 cases lost. In group B,11 cases were cured,10 cases markedly effective, 1 case effective and 3 cases lost. In group C,18 cases were cured,3 cases markedly effective,3 case effective and 1 case lost. In group D,19 cases were cured ,3 cases markedly effective, 2 case effective and 1 case lost. The cured rate was significantly higher in group C and group D than that in group A and group B （P 〈0.05）,while the adverse reactions such as abdominal discomfort and low fever were significantly lower in group C and group D than those in group A and group B（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： It is effect and less adverse reactions for infant oral and maxillofacial hemangioma treated by lauromacrogol injected locally.
