摘要
针对国内对直升机飞机牵引器的需求,研制了一种直升机牵引器。牵引器采用电力驱动,电源选用可快速充放电的镍氢电容电池,该电源在为牵引器提供行走动力的同时,还具备启动飞机的功能。牵引器采用纵向卷扬的方式,通过托盘的配合实现对飞机机轮的夹持举升。牵引器的前轮既是驱动轮又是转向轮,通过人力转动操纵杆实现前轮转向。一名操作人员就可实现对飞机的移动作业,移动飞机时操作人员既可以步行操作,也可以站立在牵引器前部的可收放的站立板上操作。
A new helicopter handler was developed for towing helicopter demand in domestic markets. The handler was driven by electric power, supplied by Ni-MH capacitor battery which can be quickly charged and dis-charged. The battery not only can drive the handler, but also can start the helicopter. Using longitudinal traction hoist and tray, the handler holds and lifts the aircraft front-wheel. The front wheel for the handler is not only the drive wheel but also the steered wheel which can man power turn around by joy stick. The handler can be operated by the one man which needs walk or stand on the board which can be collapsed in the front of the handler.
