肛周尖锐湿疣高频电刀电灼后应用祛疣汤外洗降低复发率的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察肛周尖锐湿疣高频电刀电灼后应用祛疣汤外洗后的复发率,及其对皮损区CDla朗格尔汉斯细胞和P53基因表达的影响。方法将59例肛周尖锐湿疣患者随机分为治疗组(30例),术后应用祛疣汤外洗,对照组(29例),术后应用高锰酸钾液外洗。3个月后采用免疫组化等病理分析技术观察肛周尖锐湿疣的复发率及皮损区CDlaLC数量和P53调控基因的变化。结果治疗组复发3例(10.00%),对照组复发8例(27.59%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3个月皮损区CDlaLC细胞的数量,治疗组增加明显,优于对照组;治疗组皮损区术后3个月组织中P53基因表达降低明显,高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肛周尖锐湿疣高频电刀电灼后应用祛疣汤外洗可显著降低复发率;通过增加皮损区CDlaLC细胞数量及降低P53基因的表达来降低其治疗后的复发率。 Objective To observe the recurrence rates of perianal condyloma acuminata washed by Quyou soup after surgical treatment with the high-frequency electrosurgical generator,and the effects on the numbers of CDla langerhans cells and the expressions of P53 gene in skin lesion area.Methods 59 subjects of perianal condyloma acuminata were randomly assigned to the treatment group(N=30)and the control group(N=29).The perianal areas of the treatment group and the control group were respectively washed by Quyou soup and potassium permanganate solution after surgical treatment with the high-frequency electrosurgical generator.The recurrence rates of perianal condyloma acuminata,the effects of the numbers of CDla langerhans cells and the regulation of P53 gene in skin lesion area were observed by immunohistochemical inspection.Results There are 3cases of recurrence(10.00%)in the treatment group and 8cases of recurrence(27.59%)in the control group,which has a significant difference by statistics analysis.Compared with the control group,the numbers of langerhans cells were significantly increased,and the expressions of P53 genein were significantly decreased in the treatment group(P〈0.05).Conclusion The Quyou soup may inhibit the recurrence rates of perianal condyloma acuminata after surgical treatment with the high-frequency electrosurgical generator,and increased the numbers of CDla langerhans cells and decreased the expression of P53 gene in skin lesion area.
